Beringer has maintain a based-in-America presence since 2012 but they are now preparing to expand. Given the current questions about U.S. government tariff policies, their plans appear to have correctly seen the future. In addition, they know Americans like buying from Americans. What could be better than a U.S sales location? How about producing here?
Claire explained, “Our most significant recent announcement is the expansion of our production operations to the United States. The new production unit, strategically located in Greenville, South Carolina, represents a transformative milestone in our company’s growth strategy.” She continued, “This state-of-the-art facility embodies our dedication to sustainable manufacturing practices and our ability to serve the evolving needs of the aviation market.”
The Greenville, SC facility will enable Beringer to dramatically improve their response times and provide in-country service capabilities. “By bringing production closer to our U.S. customers, we’re not just expanding our manufacturing footprint but also investing directly in the local community,” Claire stated. She and COO Trevor Burnette expressed keen enthusiasm about their strategic move.

“We’re particularly proud of our new STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) brake pad line,” said Claire. “These specialized brake pads represent a significant technological advancement for our Cub product range. Designed specifically for the STOL community, these innovative pads offer approximately 20-30% improved grip compared to our standard products. This enhancement will provide STOL aircraft operators with enhanced performance and safety.
Beringer’s current product lineup includes an extensive range of visual documentation, featuring detailed assembly pictures and comprehensive views of their new brake pad technologies.
The U.S. supply chain and assembly lines are scheduled to become fully operational by July 1st, pending FAA PMA (Production Manufacturing Approval). This milestone will allow the company to start producing certified parts directly from their Greenville facility, marking a significant achievement in the company’s expansion strategy.
