For years Aerolite 103 has been a charmer of the Part 103 class of aircaft. Needing no pilot license, medical, N-numbers, and being able to buy it ready to fly are desirable qualities. To this, Aerolite 103 adds great flying characteristics, features you might not think can be included to an aircraft that cannot weigh more than 254 pounds empty. Topping off this terrific package is a price tag of less than $20,000, ready-to-fly with electric starting, a an airfame parachute, and more. Whew … that’s a great value!

hi Dan, i am interested in buying and flying an ultralight such as the aerolite
however, i want training in ultralight and the people at uflyit tell me they no longer provide training
i actually travelled to california to take my first ride in an ultralight ( quicksilver ), but i live
in florida. do you know any instructors who will provide training in an ultralight ( not a light sport )
in florida? thanks

Hi John: I don’t know where you live in Florida (it’s a fairly big state) but you could contact Lockwood Aircraft and inquire about George Karamitis in the Sebring area. I don’t know if he does instruction but he has the right aircraft and he’s more than qualified. Otherwise, I would contact Air-Tech in Louisiana who may be able to help.

Hello Zahari: U-Fly-It is very busy building Aerolite 103 aircraft, however, they surely have an interest in selling one to you and I am sure it can be shipped. Please contact U-Fly-It directly about your interest.

Hi Paul: I will guess in advance that you will really like the Aerolite 103. It’s a great little airplane with an UNBEATABLE price. It lacks one seat your Ercoupe had but in every way that matters to most recreational pilots, it’ll be more fun to fly. And… it’s new! Enjoy!
